Taha whanau is social well being, you can strengthen this by having good times with your family. you can also do so by taking care of you belongings that you own, you can also do this by caring about each other.

Taha hinengaro is a emotional health, this can be important because it can be shown as anger or happiness, it controls you and how you feel in some moments.

Taha wairua is spiritual health, you can strengthen this health by going to church and have good religions and good beliefs.
